Sunday Morning Sit at the Center
Join us every Sunday from 10:00-11:30 a.m. in-person or online. Expect a short period of guidance, a silent sit and then time for community sharing. Afterwards, enjoy coffee, tea, snacks and conversation in the Living Room. To join remotely, access with this link.
Peer-Led Morning Sit
