A day-long, interactive workshop to nurture stability, resilience, strength, compassion, and creativity. The program will offer tools, practices, and perspectives that support balance and ease in a time of unraveling crises. The schedule will include periods of meditation and time for discussion and interactive practices. We’ll reflect and speak our truth, listen deeply to others, and refresh our capacity to live creatively with the challenges we face.
