1st Saturday Retreat at PIMC, with Gregory (Saturday, Aug. 3, 2019)

Primary tabs

This is part of a regular series of day-long retreats at PIMC -
always the 1st Saturday of the month.
Please join us for the August edition of PIMC's regular, monthly, day-long retreat series. Gregory will be leading this month's retreat.
A day of traditional and contemporary contemplative and relational practices that can heal, recharge and replenish our hearts in the midst of these sometimes chaotic and crazy lives that we live.
This Retreat will include periods of sitting and walking meditative practices, periods of mindful communication, as well as some Dharma talks and plenty of Q&A and discussion.
All are welcome, no previous experience is necessary, but this is also suited for long term practitioners.
There will be a 45-minute silent lunch. Please bring food and/or drink to share (and please bring a clear listing of ingredients for your prepared dishes, so our friends with diet restrictions can easily take care of themselves).
PIMC will provide tea and coffee.
