I am writing to invite you to participate in our annual end-of-year financial campaign.

Join Robert and Frank as they guide the community in experiments in mindfulness which will include sitting and movement meditation, poetry, dyadic practice, dance and more. You will go home with an enhanced capacity to be alive, mindful and engaged with your life.
Robert Beatty and Larry Thornton Jones have been friends and colleagues for more than 30 years. In this recorded conversation they discuss the relationship between the "healthy attachment" of Western psychology and the teachings of "non-self" or Anatta of Buddhism.
