Robert invites you to experience his next retreat at Breitenbush Hot Springs, in the midst of the forested beauty of Detroit OR. The theme is: "Mindfulness For A Happy Life." The retreat is Oct. 27 through Nov. 1.
Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this retreat will be allow you to relax and go deeply within yourself with the support of a skilled teacher and a loving community.
Bring yourself, just as you are, and leave behind your work, responsibilities, and the interruptions of email and cell phones. There is a clear and well worn path to reduce suffering and bring contentment and happiness into your life. Why not follow it?
There will be instruction and practice in sitting, walking and movement meditation as well as Dharma talks, opportunities to ask questions and receive personal guidance.
If you wish, you will be able to bathe mindfully in the natural hot pools, sit by the river, walk the labyrinth or hike among the ancient forest giants.
The cost of the retreat is what Breitenbush charges for room, board, and registration fees. In keeping with the ancient Buddhist practice, there is no instructor fee for this retreat. You may help make the teachings available to others through the practice of generosity.
