Mindfulness (Vipassana) meditation is the art of being fully alive. On this silent retreat we will be mindful of every activity, from sitting in the meditation hall, to walking in the ancient forest, to bathing in the hot springs.
You will go home with practices that will change your life. In keeping with Buddhist tradition, the workshop fee covers room and board only. You may offer support for the teacher and these priceless teachings by offering a financial contribution at the end of the retreat.
