QiGong Workshop June 10

4 hours of quiet movement and peaceful sitting with Jim Dalton.  We have all been too busy this spring.  Let's pause and slow down.

Don’t go off sightseeing. The real journey is right here. The great excursion starts from exactly where you are.

You are the world. You have everything you need. You are the secret. You are the wide opened.

Don’t look for the remedy for your troubles outside yourself.
You are the medicine. You are the cure for your own sorrow.


The retreat will open at 10am and finish by 2pm.  We alternate between mindful movement and mindful sitting every 20 minutes.  There will be a break for tea and snacks about noon.  Then more practice til 2.
Bring a snack to share with your friends.  Teachings are offered for $25 and you can create your own scholarship to fit your budget.  Thank you.
