Please join us for a special Boundless Heart sit on Tues., 1/9, as PIMC Teacher Gary Sanders welcomes visiting teacher Scott Tusa. Together, in addition to the usual guided meditation, Gary and Scott are planning to engage the group in a free-wheeling "Dharma Conversation". To find out what that means, you'll have to be there!
Before the sit, from 6:30 to 7:00pm, Scott will be doing a meet and greet. Feel free to arrive early for tea and good conversation.

Ebenezer Scrooge is a nasty, mean and snarling old geezer, with no care for anything other than his money. His one and only friend visits him as a ghost, and starts him on a journey that melts his icy heart, and teaches him the joys of caring for, and giving to others.
The final Half-Day of practice for 2017 is scheduled for Saturday December 9th doing mindful movement and contemplating some inspirational reflections from a variety of traditions.

Mindfulness (Vipassana) meditation is the art of being fully alive. On this silent retreat we will be mindful of every activity, from sitting in the meditation hall, to walking in the ancient forest, to bathing in the hot springs.

Time for our quarterly Karma Yoga gathering. Time to hang out with community while eating pizza and getting some things done.
