Dharma Brothers Retreat - Frank Leder and Robert Beatty - Friday evening December 18 and Saturday December 19 (two separate events).

Join Robert and Frank as they guide the community in experiments in mindfulness which will include sitting and movement meditation, poetry, dyadic practice, dance and more. You will go home with an enhanced capacity to be alive, mindful and engaged with your life.

QiGong Workshop with Jim Dalton

Deepen your practice with mindful movement. Learn a few QiGong routines to open your lungs, improve circulation, and massage your inner organs. Then sit down mindfully and discover the depth of the First Foundation of Mindfulness. Slow down and deepen the awareness of the body.

Saturday November 7th 10am - 2pm at PIMC.

Ruth Denison Memorial at Spirit Rock
